General Client Terms & Conditions
At VaporWave Vehicle Services, we’ve worked hard to build a trusted, high-standard mobile valeting and detailing service. Our results speak for themselves. All we ask is that clients respect our policies and our team — in return, we’ll always deliver what we promise.
Location & Access
VaporWave Vehicle Services is fully mobile and works at your home or workplace.
To carry out any service, we require:

A safe, off-road location (driveway, private parking, or secure space)
For the safety of our staff, vehicles, equipment and insurance compliance, we cannot work in:

Main roads or busy through-roads
-
Tight roadside parking

Pay & display or public car parks
-
Any location we deem unsafe or unsuitable
If you're unsure about your location, just contact us beforehand — we’re always happy to help make alternative arrangements.
Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are secured by deposit and are not confirmed until payment has been made.

Deposits are paid directly to VaporWave Vehicle Services via bank transfer or within the booking system app

Deposit amounts may vary depending on location, package, or service type

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Within 48 hours of booking, you may transfer your appointment to another nominated person, as long as the location meets these terms.
Cancellations, Delays & Rearranging
We cannot control traffic issues, accidents, unexpected events, or acts of nature.
If we ever need to rearrange your booking, it will be rescheduled within 14 days of the original date.
If we are unable to rearrange within that time, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Heavily Soiled Interiors
If your vehicle has excessive mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood, or similar contamination, additional charges will apply.
To avoid surprises on the day, we strongly advise sending photos before booking so we can give a fair estimate.
If this isn’t disclosed in advance, the price will be agreed on the day before any work begins.
Missed Bookings & Non-Payment
Booking a slot means time is reserved exclusively for you.
A missed appointment is a missed wage — we will not absorb the loss.
If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work due to any of the above terms not being met, or if the booking is missed, the full booking amount is still payable.
An invoice will be issued to the address/email you provided when booking.
Failure to pay will result in legal action.
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Maintenance Scheme Terms
Our Maintenance Valets are designed for vehicles that are kept on top of regularly.

Maintenance pricing only applies to vehicles booked monthly

Anything over one month since our last visit is no longer classed as maintenance
Unexpected Mess? No Problem — Just Tell Us First
We understand life happens — off-roading, kids being sick, pets, spills, mud, accidents. It’s not an issue!
All we ask is that you let us know before we arrive so we can allow the right amount of time.
If we turn up and the condition of the vehicle requires more work than a normal maintenance visit, and we weren't told in advance:

Extra charges will apply

It may delay our next client and affect reliability — which we work very hard to protect
